Sometimes the best thing to do is allow yourself to feel the pain that is so often associated with it.  When the people we love start to show us how much we love them, it’s not really their actions that demonstrate to us what our feelings are, but vice versa.  Our feelings in reaction to the choices or circumstance of others are what tend to key us in to the fact that we’ve developed attachments.
