I am in full support of the long-term health and sustainable development of our community.
I endorse the personal, community, and global effort to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and reliance on non-renewable energy sources, especially in our immediate area.
Not only will reducing our carbon footprint show respect for our one and only Earth, it will increase local commerce and promote the expansion of vital social connections.
We will be happier, healthier, and more supported as a functional community here in Chico and the effect will ripple outward.
